Expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/Server troubleshooting. Strong command over DHCP, DNS, RDS, FNP, and network configurations. Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and backup solutions. Excellent communication & customer handling skills in a global environment. What You’ll Own: Deliver advanced second-level infrastructure support with speed and precision. Manage servers, networks, and user systems ensuring uptime and performance. Perform root cause analysis and incident trending to prevent future issues. Collaborate with team members to strengthen service delivery and efficiency.
