Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled Operations Engineer to join our team. As the Lead Production Operations Engineer, you will work with a team of operations engineers and ensure that our systems and infrastructure are reliable, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with development, SRE and security teams to ensure that our applications and infrastructure are performing at optimal levels and can meet the demands of our customers.Job Responsibilities (JR) : Work with a team of operations engineers and ensure that the team is operating efficiently and effectivelyEnsure that systems and infrastructure are reliable, scalable, and secure by implementing best practices and monitoring for potential issuesWork closely with development and security teams to ensure that applications and infrastructure are performing at optimal levelsIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may ariseStay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the fieldCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersWork as an L3 operations engineer and work with vendor managed L1/L2Skills:Application support, Networking Experience, DevOps, GCP, Kubernetes , Dynatrace10 to 15 years of overall experience with minimum 7 plus years of production support experience on GOOGLE cloud3 -5 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes7 + years relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, technical customer support, problem managementBasic understanding/exposure to SREHands-on experience in Logging, Alerting and Monitoring solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana,Dynatrace )Experience with containerization technologies ( Podman/containerd, Kubernetes)Should have experience in GCP Services - Compute(CE, AE, CF, GKE, CR, pub/Sub), Storage, Cloud BuildShould have experience in GCP Networking fundamentals (VPC, VPN, Peering, Interconnect)Should have experience in GCP Security fundamentals (IAM, Service Accounts, Workload Identity)Should have experience in Container OrchestrationGood to have knowledge of micro-service applicationShould have experience in Container Registry - GCRExperience in setting up of Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, databases, firewall rules etc.Working knowledge of Backup and Recovery methodology and implementations on GCP.Mandatory Prerequisites-ITIL ExperienceFrom Production environment with L3 application supportCloud Infra Knowledge of Technical Domain - Cloud, App support & Mobile Banking applicationFrom BFSI Domain - Banking24*7 Support Window
