Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our customer service platform.Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for testing all aspects of our platform, identifying bugs and defects, and collaborating with our engineering team to resolve issues.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & TestingPerform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channels (WhatsApp, email, voice, web chat)Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction stepsValidate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releasesDevelop and maintain test cases for new and existing featuresClient Communication & SupportRespond to client-reported issues promptly and professionallyInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concernsProvide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelinesEscalate critical issues appropriately and keep stakeholders informedTechnical CollaborationWork closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugsProvide detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual informationParticipate in sprint reviews and planning sessionsCollaborate on root cause analysis for recurring issuesRequirements1-3 years of experience in QA testing or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)Basic understanding of APIs and how web applications workComfortable reading logs and identifying patternsAbility to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectivelyReliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setupWhy Choose This Role?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge customer service platform.
