The Role We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team remotely from India . You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data across various systems and processes. You will be responsible for identifying data issues, implementing data quality initiatives, and supporting the overall data governance framework.In this role, your impact will help us optimize revenue processes and deliver effective, data-informed strategies that meet our business objectives as we rapidly scale globally. This is an ideal starting point for growth within an international tech environment.

What You Will Do

Enrich and enhance CRM data (contacts, companies, deals, and other entities) while maintaining format consistency Enter required data into CRM from various sources (audio, video, emails, etc.) Research information on contacts and companies using online resources (LinkedIn, Google, Bloomberg, etc.) Execute individual or team tasks/projects, both one-time and recurring, following specific algorithms Prepare interim and final project/task reports Create articles and instructions for the Data Quality Playbook Identify process bottlenecks and provide improvement recommendations Communicate with stakeholders to gather data for project initiation and implementation Analyze automation opportunities for data enrichment, collaborating with the Revenue Operations Technical Team for implementation

What We Look For

Over 1 year of experience in a similar role High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Strong business communication skills in English ( - C1) Excellent analytical and systems thinking skills Good knowledge of business communication standards
