This full-time role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality data deliverables. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically skilled in data processing tools, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and meeting timelines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as single point of contact for data processing needs within assigned projectsAnalyze data using Q Research Software, SPSS, and Excel to meet project goalsPrepare and manage datasets, including variables, weights, and statistical outputsWork closely with internal research teams to align objectives and ensure quality deliverablesDeliver assigned tasks accurately and on time throughout the project lifecycleSupport data validation and internal quality control processesStay flexible with changing project needs while maintaining high standards and deadlinesCollaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution and impactful insightsEnsure compliance with client-specific and internal regulatory standardsQualifications and Technical:Bachelor’s in computer science, Information technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related fieldProficient in IBM SPSS and Microsoft ExcelHands-on experience with data analysis and tabulation tools such as Q Research, Displayr, MarketSight, Survey Reporter, Quantum, WinCross, or AskiaFamiliarity with JavaScript, Python, R, and VBA is a plusStrong foundation in mathematics and programming logicExperience & Core Competencies:4.5+ years of experience in market research, including 2+ years in healthcare market researchProven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detailExposure to healthcare data sources, HCP/patient data, or global health markets is an advantageAdaptable to changing project requirements while maintaining high-quality output
