Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Siddharth Alloys. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proven track record of managing electrical systems in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical machinery and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve plant reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers/technicians, providing technical guidance when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering within the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control panels.
  • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in handling PLCs, motors, transformers, and industrial power distribution systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to steel/metal/alloy manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with modern industrial automation systems.
