The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and related technologies, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This role demands technical leadership, collaboration, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applicationsArchitect and implement robust, scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and microservicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOpsConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersOptimize application performance and ensure high availabilityIntegrate third-party APIs and servicesMaintain documentation and contribute to technical standards and best practicesStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements📚 Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, and OOP principlesDeep experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web servicesExperience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills➕ Preferred Skills:Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plusFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies🎓 Education:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
