Job Title:SAP Service Management ExpertJob Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an SAP Service Management expert. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service processes and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and tracking notifications, prioritizing and classifying notifications, managing service orders, and monitoring stock movements.You will be responsible for planning interventions, tracking their status, and adjusting schedules as needed.
