KPI Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Associate - IT Support to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and administration for Windows OS, macOS, and Linux/Ubuntu systems. - Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user lifecycle management. - Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortigate or Sophos firewalls, including VPN setups, policies, and security event analysis. - Handle system upgrades, patch management, performance monitoring, and incident resolution. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations across systems and applications. - Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, deployments, and security initiatives. - Ensure compliance with IT security standards and support audits when required.Required Skills & Qualifications- 3–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles. - Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu. - Practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration. - Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Fortigate or Sophos firewalls. - Strong communication, documentation, and customer-support skills. - Strong English communication skills to support and coordinate effectively with Onshore users.
