Senior Logistics Manager Job DescriptionRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive supply chain efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain effectiveness.Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely order fulfillment across channels.Process Excellence & Inventory Management:Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows to boost productivity.Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stock shrinkage, and manage storage and distribution efficiently.Vendor Relations & Compliance:Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics and distribution partners.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe work environment.Performance Monitoring:Track and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including OTIF, shrink percentage, returns service level agreements (SLAs), delivery Net Promoter Score (NPS), and transportation costs.Regularly evaluate performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.Requirements:8-14 years of experience in warehouse/supply chain management/consumer electronics/logistics operationsStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience managing multi-channel retail logistics preferredAbility to drive KPIs, optimize costs, and deliver service excellenceStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilitiesSAP knowledge required
