Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing commercial projects based on client requirements.Candidate will meet clients, understand their tastes and preferences, and provide quick design solutions and alterations that best suit client needs.Candidate will coordinate with 3D visualizers to bring designs alive. Therefore, effective communication skills using tools like presentations and sketches to depict design intent are essential.Key Responsibilities:Design Development:Candidate should be well-versed in space planning of office projects in AutoCAD.Candidates are expected to meet deadlines and maintain quality of deliverables.Presentation Skills:The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of presentation skills, including creating mood boards and generating designs for projects.Being well-versed in Photoshop is essential.Industry Knowledge:The candidate is expected to have knowledge of current market materials and vendors and trends.Communication Skills:The candidate is expected to be able to sketch for the purpose of communication and presentation.Requirements:Education: B. Arch., Diploma/Degree in Interior DesignTechnical skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, SketchUp (optional), Illustrator (optional)Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience working on commercial interiors design projects
