Our company is building AI voice agents for businesses to handle real calls, book tables or appointments, and answer FAQs. We work in Lean Startup mode with small experiments leading to user feedback and fast iteration.We're creating a SaaS platform that can:Answer and make calls in real timeConnect to CRMs, booking systems, and POSUse TTS, ASR, and LLMs for natural conversationsRun on a modern, scalable stackYou'll be the technical lead, owning the back end and core integrations, shipping an MVP and helping us grow from 0 to 20+ users. You'll turn customer conversations into shipped features and experiments.The role involves making product decisions as much as technical ones, designing and building APIs, data models, and integrations, standing up and hardening our infra on AWS, and keeping quality high without over-engineering.Location is India or UK-friendly time zones, fully remote.About This OpportunityThis position requires you to be comfortable picking up new technologies quickly. We tie equity to clear milestones so we're aligned on outcomes: ship a working MVP voice agent, have pilot customers using it, and improve reliability, speed, call quality, and the agent's 'brains'.We provide equity & incentives with milestone-based ownership of the business and a long-term bonus if you're still part of the founding team when we reach a £100m valuation.Key Responsibilities:Design and build APIs, data models, and integrationsStand up and harden our infra on AWSWork closely with the founder on customer interviews, product experiments, and roadmapsKeep quality high without over-engineeringBenefitsWe offer equity & incentives with milestone-based ownership of the business and a long-term bonus.Other OpportunitiesEquity is tied to clear milestones, ensuring alignment on outcomes.
