As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, we are seeking an exceptional DevSecOps Engineer to spearhead our efforts in building a secure and scalable engineering environment.We require a highly skilled individual with expertise in implementing robust security standards, policies, and best practices across cloud and on-prem environments.The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting comprehensive security risk assessments, performing vulnerability scans, and executing mitigation plans.They should also possess excellent skills in architecting, maintaining, and enhancing secure CI/CD pipelines, as well as promoting a strong "Security First" culture across the organization.In this role, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring and detecting security threats, incidents, breaches, and anomalies, and developing and mature Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform, Ansible, and other automation frameworks.Additionally, you will design and lead secure cloud architectures, build and operate containerized environments, and implement and maintain secure monitoring, logging, SIEM, and alerting systems.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Key Qualifications:- DevSecOps Engineering - 5+ years of experience- Strong understanding of cloud security, infrastructure automation, and compliance frameworks- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
