Financial Operations Manager

Job Posting: Financial ControllerThe financial operations manager will oversee and manage financial activities to ensure the company's financial health and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Business Acumen: Understanding the business landscape, market dynamics, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards, including regulatory requirements.Financial Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop the company's financial strategy, aligning financial objectives with overall business goals.Cash Flow Management and Financial Operations: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for the company's operations.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Budgeting and Forecasting: Budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.Financial Compliance and Analysis: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting principles.Requirements:Chartered Accountant qualificationProven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably as a Financial Controller or similar position.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and relevant laws and regulations.
