Chief Data Solutions Developer

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing and implementing high-level data platforms that address complex business challenges. They will lead technical responses for requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs), drive proof-of-concepts, and showcase Microsoft Fabric, AI, and Data Governance capabilities that unify client data estates.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the development of compelling architectural diagrams, presentations, and effort estimations to support RFPs and RFIs.Conduct workshops with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to define problem statements and propose modern data estate roadmaps.Design and oversee rapid proof-of-concepts demonstrating Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI, providing value to prospective clients.Architect unified data storage strategies using OneLake to eliminate data silos and enable direct lake access for high-performance analytics.Design end-to-end analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric workloads, including Data Factory, Synapse, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Real-Time Intelligence.Design solutions integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) within the data flow, implement Copilot strategies within Fabric to democratize data access for business users.Embed Data Governance by design using Microsoft Purview and Fabric's governance features, ensuring data lineage, cataloging, security, and compliance are integral to proposed solutions.Develop migration strategies for clients moving from legacy Big Data platforms or older Azure architectures to the unified Microsoft Fabric SaaS platform.Design API-led integration frameworks to ingest data from various source systems into OneLake.
