The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and collaboration skills, along with hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory management, data science, and analytics. Exposure to AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Drive initiatives in supply chain forecasting, inventory management, and process optimization for the HLS sector.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and domain experts to design and deliver digital solutions.- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure high data quality and actionable insights.- Contribute to data science and analytics initiatives to support business decision-making.- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improving supply chain efficiency and predictive accuracy.- Create detailed documentation, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution delivery.Required Skills & Competencies- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly elicitation and collaboration across diverse teams.- Strong domain expertise in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Supply Chain processes.- Proficiency in data analysis, data validation, and visualization tools.- Exposure to data science methodologies and analytics-driven decision making.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.- Understanding of AI concepts and their application in digital transformation (preferred).Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field.- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP / CCBA) or Data Analytics is an advantage.- Prior experience in digital transformation projects within the HLS industry.Why join Sonata Software?At Sonata, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
