Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Manager at EduSkills Foundation in Hyderabad. The Placement Manager will be responsible for coordinating with students, faculties, and industry partners to facilitate job placements for students completing the organization's programs. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with potential employers, organizing job fairs, and providing career guidance to students.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of industry trends and job market demands
Experience in coordinating events and job fairs
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
