About the RoleWe’re looking for a Visual Designer who’s equal parts storyteller, motion designer, and illustrator. Someone who can turn static screens into living, breathing experiences — using visuals, transitions, and motion to bring personality to the Frnd brand.You’ll work closely with the product design and marketing teams to define and evolve FRND’s visual identity across product, campaigns, and social media.What You’ll DoOwn and evolve Frnd’s visual and illustration library — ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.Craft stunning motion designs, animations, and micro-interactions that bring life to our UI and stories.Collaborate with product designers to define visual hierarchies, transitions, and interaction patterns.Contribute to and expand our design system with motion and visual components.Stay ahead of trends in animation, visual design, and storytelling — and bring fresh ideas to the table.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in visual design, motion design, or animation.A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, illustrations, and storytelling through design.Mastery in tools like After Effects, Figma, Lottie, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Understanding of motion principles, timing, and easing.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bonus: Experience designing for mobile apps or interactive digital products.Why Join UsBe part of a small, passionate design team shaping a product loved by millions.Freedom to experiment, explore, and push creative boundaries.Work on high-impact projects that define how FRND feels and looks to the world.A culture that values creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas.About FRNDFRND is redefining the way people connect by building a social platform that’s not just engaging but also safe, inclusive, and fun.
