Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding the ECU software documentation and develop HiL test specifications and test automation scripts for engine and transmission control units.
  • Execute the tests on HiL, Analyze the results and identify root cause of issues and share the statistics
  • Test script development using VB scripting and execution on the HiL and analyzing the test results
  • Automation of manual tests for HiL system
  • Test library and Test architecture development
  • Dspace / Vector systems tool interfacing with PROVETech/ECU test tool
  • Hardware set up for ECU SW testing
  • Guide the team with technical expertise.
  • Automation with python / C# scripting languages to establish 24/7 testing.
  • Autosar classic testing and derive test cases for multiple layers
  • Challenge status quo and bring in efficiency with technology inclusion
  • Learn and adapt as per project need.
  • Troubleshooting issues quickly and supporting the team to identify the root cause
  • End to End technical responsibility on project deliverables on time, on cost and on quality
  • Should be able to reproduce the base SW defect at field and find the root cause in detail.
