About the RoleYou will be responsible for driving growth at a cutting-edge AI company. This includes repurposing content, managing influencer partnerships, and experimenting with new channels and formats.This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership of their work and see immediate results. You will collaborate directly with the founder, and your ideas will be implemented quickly.Transform YouTube content into engaging newsletters, social media posts, Twitter threads, and other formatsDevelop and execute a comprehensive content distribution strategy across all channelsDesign and manage paid ad campaigns, optimizing them based on performance metricsIdentify and foster strategic influencer partnerships and collaborationsGrow our email list and enhance newsletter engagement through targeted initiativesMonitor and report on key performance indicators, highlighting areas for improvementContinuously experiment with new channels, formats, and growth tactics to stay ahead of the curveRequirements2-5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or go-to-market rolesA proven generalist with expertise in multiple areas, including ads, social media, content creation, influencer management, and email marketingFamiliarity with the AI space and a genuine interest in its applicationsA clear track record of accomplishments that demonstrate your value as a marketerAction-oriented and focused on delivering results, with a willingness to measure and iterate continuouslyThe ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision makingExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaborationComfortable working in ambiguous environments and contributing to small teams
