Turn tough problems into engaging, collaborative challenges that build stamina, curiosity, and grit. Curate problem sets; scaffold hints and multiple solution paths; assign purposeful after-class practice. Share concise updates with parents; coordinate schedules and goals with the program team. Good-to-Have Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB and the ability to bridge to Olympiad depth. Experience designing mini-curricula, worksheets, and challenge ladders for mixed-ability cohorts.
