Quality Assurance Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts and spearhead the development of scalable automation frameworks.The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in QA for SaaS products, with a proven track record in Ruby on Rails or similar backend-heavy environments.A key focus of this role will be the establishment of a robust data integrity testing system, as well as the implementation of performance and load testing. This will involve partnering with Engineering to embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, defining and measuring key quality KPIs, and working with Security/DevOps to validate data access and customer isolation.Deep experience in automation frameworks, including solid understanding of AWS, Postgres, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong analytical skills, with ability to design and maintain test data generation systems.This is a hands-on leadership role that requires confidence, resilience, and a passion for driving quality excellence.
