We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain statutory compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, PF, PT, etc.).Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and perform variance analysis.Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable management.Support leadership in financial planning and investment decisions.Liaise with auditors, banks, and external regulatory bodies.Implement strong internal controls and cost optimization strategies.RequirementsMaster's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting and CA / CMA / ACCA qualification.Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the education or service sector.Strong knowledge of financial laws, taxation, and compliance.Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally or others) and advanced MS Excel.Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred SkillsExperience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).Knowledge of budgeting tools and financial modeling.Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):current salary?Work Location: In person
