From space planning to execution, we blend creativity, functionality, and brand storytelling to create offices that inspire productivity and collaboration.We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager – Workplace with a minimum 3-5 years of experience to lead interior design and build projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, design adherence, and client satisfaction across corporate and managed office fit-out projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution for corporate interiors and managed office spaces.Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate between clients, design teams, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure alignment.Review design intent drawings, BOQs, and construction documents prior to execution.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and ensure material delivery as per schedule.Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and stakeholder communication.Conduct weekly project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.Ensure all handover documentation, snag rectifications, and final deliverables are completed as per standards.Drive client satisfaction through clear communication, transparency, and ownership of outcomes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.3-5 years of relevant experience in Workplace / Commercial Interior Project Management.Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale corporate interior projects.Strong knowledge of project planning, BOQ analysis, and vendor coordination.Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel) and site management practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.What We OfferOpportunity to lead workplace projects with autonomy and ownership.Work on end-to-end project lifecycles with exposure to high-profile clients.Growth-focused environment with room for leadership development.If you are passionate about shaping the future of workplaces and have the experience to deliver impactful solutions, apply now on LinkedIn or send your resume to admin@shyftworks.in.
