Job TitleWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Reporting Specialist to design and deliver high-quality reports across various modules in the Fusion Cloud platform.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Develop, customize, and deploy OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics that meet the needs of diverse business teams.Design and build BI Publisher (BIP) reports, including data models, XML, RTF, and Excel templates, to provide actionable insights.Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and modeling to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports align with Fusion security and role-based access policies.Troubleshoot report issues and optimize report performance to meet business needs.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.Proficiency in SQL, XML, RTF, and Excel template design.Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including HCM, ERP, SCM, and Procurement.Understanding of Fusion security, roles, and data access controls.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
