Job OpportunityLead a team of electronics hardware engineers in designing, developing and delivering cutting-edge electronic products.As a key member of our organization's Strategic Electronics Business Unit, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and overseeing the design, development and validation of electronic circuits, PCBs and embedded systems.Manage project timelines, resources and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of hardware solutions.Evaluate and select components, suppliers and manufacturing partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical and manufacturing to ensure seamless product integration.Drive hardware architecture decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct design reviews, risk assessments and failure analysis.Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in electronics hardware engineering and excellent leadership skills.Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in electronics hardware to drive innovation and growth.
