Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our digital marketing agency specializing in real estate clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing engaging video content tailored to showcase real estate properties, client testimonials, and brand stories across multiple digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including property walkthroughs, promotional videos, client testimonials, and social media reels.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop creative concepts and scripts.
  • Use professional video editing tools and software to enhance video quality, add effects, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to create innovative and impactful content.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video creation, editing, and storytelling (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in using DSLR cameras, gimbals, and other video production equipment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into visual content.
  • Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for real estate or experience working in the real estate sector is an advantage.
