Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and refine the brand portfolio, shaping brand narratives and optimizing strategies around advertising, pricing, packaging, and promotion.
  • Oversee and execute brand activation campaigns, delivering creative, audience-focused initiatives that drive engagement and impact.
  • Develop and implement editorial strategies that enhance brand positioning and align with business objectives.
  • Create detailed annual branding plans and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.
  • Create leadership profiles and narratives that position Recykal as a thought leader and pioneer within the circular economy space.
  • Lead and manage all branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining consistent brand representation both internally and externally.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive brand management strategy that fosters growth, enhances market reach, and supports innovative product launches.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies across diverse segments.
  • Optimize marketing investments through strategic media planning, evaluation, and collaboration with media partners to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Support various business clusters to meet evolving consumer demands while maintaining cohesive and consistent brand messaging.
  • Formulate pricing strategies that balance revenue growth with profitability, while improving returns on advertising and endorsements.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management or related roles, demonstrating a strong track record of successful branding and marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing editorial and brand strategies that align with global storytelling standards.
  • Advanced skills in integrated marketing communications, metric-driven campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and leveraging consumer insights for impactful campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors while preparing and overseeing comprehensive annual brand plans.
  • Exceptional creativity and leadership in designing campaigns tailored to diverse audiences and markets.
