Regulatory Compliance SpecialistThe Regulatory Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth onboarding of customers, effective transaction monitoring, and daily risk reviews for our crypto exchange. This position involves collaborating across KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), CDD/EDD (Customer and Enhanced Due Diligence), KYT (Know Your Transaction), and AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Financing of Terrorism) processes to ensure seamless compliance.Key Responsibilities:Review KYC/KYB files and conduct thorough CDD/EDD assessments.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., OFAC, GDPR) and ensure compliance.Monitor transactions and KYT alerts for suspicious or unusual activity, taking prompt action when necessary.Analyze crypto and fiat flows using blockchain analytics tools and OSINT to identify potential risks.Document cases and prepare SAR/STR reports as required, maintaining accurate records for future audits.Promote a culture of compliance within internal teams, providing guidance on regulatory requirements.Essential Skills and Qualifications:At least 3 years' experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial-crime roles with a focus on crypto.Demonstrated expertise in KYC, KYB, CDD/EDD, KYT, and transaction monitoring.Proficiency in blockchain analysis tools and investigation methods.Excellent writing, documentation, and risk-assessment skills.A high degree of attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Certifications such as C3O (Certified Crypto Compliance Officer) are highly desirable.About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our compliance efforts.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
