Job Description:As a Performance Management and Compensation professional, you will be responsible for implementing SuccessFactors PMGM/CDP modules across various clients. This involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their performance management and compensation requirements.You will design, configure, and implement systems that meet the client's needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes. Your expertise in system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, user manuals, and support will be invaluable in delivering high-quality solutions.In this role, you will work on various projects, each requiring a deep understanding of performance management and compensation best practices.
