Security Operations RoleAs a seasoned security professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of our organization’s security systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Email Security (Proofpoint)Monitor and triage email security alerts, identifying potential threats such as spam, phishing, and malware.Review quarantined messages and assist users with release or false-positive requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Support configuration updates, including policies, URL defense, and impersonation protection, to maintain a robust security posture.Assist in preparing reports on email threats and security trends, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.Identity Access Management (Saviynt IAM/IGA)Support user lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications, to ensure seamless access and compliance.Review access requests and help enforce access approval workflows, maintaining a culture of transparency and accountability.Assist in periodic access certifications and role-based access reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and standards.Monitor IAM alerts and help resolve basic access governance issues, minimizing security risks and downtime.Endpoint Privilege Management (CyberArk EPM)Monitor endpoint privilege escalations and policy enforcement across endpoints, preventing unauthorized access and data breaches.Support the onboarding of new endpoints into EPM policies, ensuring consistent security configurations.Assist in managing least-privilege settings and handling user exceptions, promoting a secure and efficient work environment.Review endpoint security logs and help respond to suspicious activity, proactively mitigating potential security incidents.General Security OperationsContribute to incident response by collecting logs, evidence, and performing first-level analysis, expediting resolution and minimizing business impact.Follow established SOPs and update documentation when processes change, ensuring continuity and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with security, IT, and operations teams to resolve security issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.Provide user support and help drive compliance with security policies, promoting a culture of responsibility and ownership.Requirements:Proven experience in security operations, with a focus on email security, identity access management, and endpoint privilege management.Strong technical skills, including proficiency in security tools and technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide actionable recommendations for resolution.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The chance to work on challenging security projects and make a real impact.
