Job DescriptionThe Manager - Design will be responsible for managing all aspects of our design and creative output. This role will ensure that the design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within stipulated timelines.Key Responsibilities:Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelinesUnderstanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of ProjectSelection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from ClientMaking of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc.Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedbackKnowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at site for executionRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:4+ years in designing corporate & residential spaces. Knowledge about interior elements and building structureStrong Design senseWell versed with design codes followed in different states of USAStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goalsTrack record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projects.Excellent interpersonal skills.
