Job Opportunity: Pharmaceutical Data SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our global client on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL-based solutions to support clinical, regulatory, and commercial data initiatives across global teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with pharma data standards.Your key responsibilities will include:Developing, testing, and optimizing SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and reports.Supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Collaborating with data analysts, business users, and other developers to understand data requirements.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:3+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is mandatory.Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent) is also essential, as well as experience with data modeling, ETL tools, and relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Good understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA) is required.
