You will work closely with executives and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables while ensuring the best interests of the organization.Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams through excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure program management excellence.Provide strategic guidance and insight to support decision-making through data-driven analysis and industry knowledge.Drive project planning, execution, and delivery by managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement by promoting outcome-based strategies and championing best practices.Manage resources effectively to optimize resource allocation across programs and deliver maximum value to the organization.About You:Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8-11 years' experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role with a track record of delivering complex software projects in a SaaS-based environment.Flexibility to adapt work schedule to work across multiple timezones as needed.Strong understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with large-scale system architecture.Able to leverage a customer-centric lens to represent customer needs and preferences.Out-of-the-box thinker and results-driven problem solver.Travel Requirement: 15%
