We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to bridge our clients, product, and engineering teams. You will identify issues, ensure product quality, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.Perform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channelsIdentify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction stepsValidate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releasesDevelop and maintain test cases for new and existing featuresKey responsibilities include client communication and support: respond to client-reported issues promptly and professionally, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns, provide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelines, escalate critical issues appropriately, and keep stakeholders informed.Technical collaboration involves working closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugs, providing detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual information, participating in sprint reviews and planning sessions, and collaborating on root cause analysis for recurring issues.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in QA testing or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with bug tracking toolsBasic understanding of APIs and how web applications workComfortable reading logs and identifying patternsAbility to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectivelyReliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setupNice to Have:Experience with SaaS or customer service platformsExposure to automation testing toolsUnderstanding of conversational AI or chatbot systemsExperience in client-facing rolesWhat We Offer:Fully remote position – work from anywhereOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologyFast-paced startup environment with real ownershipDirect impact on product quality and customer satisfaction
