Quality Assurance Specialists are needed to join an expanding project team. We are looking for experienced professionals to plan, design, and execute test scenarios for Pega applications.Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, cases, and scripts for Pega systems.Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing within Pega environments.Validate Pega rules, workflows, UI, data objects, integrations, and configurations.Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA).Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and quality assurance discussions.Conduct root cause analysis and support the development team in defect resolution.Senior candidates will provide guidance to junior specialists and contribute to improving testing standards and frameworks. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, 2-5+ years of software testing experience, and at least 1-2 years in Pega testing. Senior roles require 4-7+ years of experience. Preferred skills include Pega CSA or CSSA certification, experience with test automation frameworks, and background in large-scale enterprise or multi-market platforms.
