Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Commodity: B&T1. Will be responsible for resolving field concerns related to models B&T .2. Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns related to models B&T3. Data analysis4. Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectivity of actions5. Reduction in field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets6. Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management7. Carry out joint investigations in field to arrive at root cause8. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns9. Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns10 BIW Knoweldge and Resolution of Concerns related to BIW and NVH Preferred Industries Automotive Industry Education Qualification B.E. in Mechanical Engineering General Experience 7 To 9 years of experience in Automotive - OEM, Mechanism , BIW suppliers Critical Experience 1. Product Knowledge.- For mecahnism - like Power window , Door lock , Windshield washer motor , Wiper motor , BIW Etc.2. Good understanding on parts E.g Power window , Door lock , Windshield washer motor , Wiper motor , Actuators , Setas , sunroof ORVM etc.3. Good understanding on vehicle level interface of Mechanism componenets with each other.4. Good understanding on manufacturing process of Mecahnism parts5. Systematic root cause analysis of Failures by QC story approach , 8D methodology Should be able to demonstrate problem solving ability using problem solving tools.6. Conversant with shinin DOE technique, preparation of Fault Tree for Analysis,Ishikawa diagram, statistical tools7. Knowledge of Basic 7 QC & Advance QC Tools.8. Understanding of engineering drawings, process flow diagrams, control plans etc.9. Good at data management & interpretation of data to draw meaningful conclusions10 Willing to work with own hands11 Willing to travel across country at short notice for joint investigations12.
