Job Description:

As a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter (IT & Non-IT), you will be responsible for managing and marketing bench consultants across both IT and non-IT domains to vendors, clients, and implementation partners. The role involves end-to-end bench sales processes, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful placements of consultants in contract positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Bench Consultants: Market both IT consultants (Developers, Network Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.) and non-IT consultants (Healthcare, Accounting, Sales, Administrative professionals, etc.) to potential clients and staffing vendors.

Client & Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to facilitate placements across IT and non-IT sectors.

Consultant Profiling: Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and job expectations. Ensure their profiles are updated, polished, and aligned with current market needs.

Job Submission & Follow-up: Identify relevant job opportunities, submit consultants' resumes, and follow up with vendors and clients for feedback and interview scheduling.

Rate Negotiation: Negotiate contract rates and terms with vendors and clients to secure the best deals for consultants while ensuring competitive margins.

Redeployment & Project Tracking: Keep track of consultants’ project end dates and ensure swift redeployment to new projects. Actively market consultants nearing project completion.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with visa regulations (H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, TN, GC, etc.) and maintain thorough documentation of placements, contracts, and timesheets.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends in both IT and non-IT sectors, and adapt marketing strategies to reflect changing market demands.

Sourcing & Networking: Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and recruiting platforms like LinkedIn to find and promote job opportunities for bench consultants.

Qualifications and Skills:

4+ years of experience in bench sales recruiting for both IT and non-IT sectors.

Proven track record of successful placements across diverse industries.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and non-technical roles.

Deep knowledge of visa types and their impact on recruitment and placements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultants and job opportunities simultaneously.

Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
