Job SummaryA high-caliber professional is sought to join our esteemed tax team as a Senior Tax Associate. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial support to our financial operations by delivering exceptional tax compliance and timely reporting services.This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a profound understanding of tax and accounting principles, who thrive in dynamic environments driven by innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The ideal candidate must be meticulous, analytical, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset—committed to delivering excellence and driving meaningful impact within a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1120) for general contractors, subcontractors, and developers.Analyze percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment.Perform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determinationHandle depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Assist in preparation of K-1s, tax basis calculations, and reconciliation of book-to-tax differences.Communicate with U.S. engagement teams to resolve open itemsStrong experience preparing or reviewing Form 990Familiarity with Schedule A (public support test) and UBIT issuesExperience with clients that receive government grantsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.CPA, EA, or pursuing is a plus.3-5 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation for NFPsAbility to interpret U.S. tax laws as applied to contractors.Benefits & Perks:Health Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundMarket Leading Leave PolicyPaid Holidays per Calendar YearEmployee Recognition & RewardsOne of the best cultures of benevolent meritocracyJob Details:Title: Senior Tax Associate - TaxAnnual Compensation: As per Industry StandardWork Schedule: In-Office for Delhi, and Remote for good outstation candidatesNature: Full timeShift: 9-hour shift between 5 PM – 5 AM ISTLocation: Delhi, India
