We are seeking a talented AI Product Management & Development Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on the complete development of one assigned system using Large Language Models and AI agentic frameworks.This is a great chance for you to gain hands-on experience with AI-driven product development, UI/UX design, and full-stack development. You will be working in a collaborative environment with a 3-4 person team where each member drives a specific product identified by our Organization Performance Management and HR teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end development of one assigned system from our internal or external product portfolio.Design and implement product workflows and UI/UX prototypes using AI and LLM capabilities.Collaborate on the development of event websites, microsites, and web-based dashboards.Build intelligent product features using AI agentic frameworks, integrating automation, personalization, and analytics.Requirements:Strong understanding of Full Stack Development (frontend & backend).Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar).Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tools, APIs, and frameworks.Knowledge of web hosting, CMS, and version control systems (GitHub).Strong proficiency with Large Language Models and prompt engineering.Benefits:Flexible work timingEnabling Work CultureLORCertificate of ExperienceAbout Us:We are a non-profit organization focused on promoting AI for Good (A4G) Impact Collaborative and the VONG Movement.
