We are building a premium, science driven, technology forward brand that will redefine preventive healthcare in India.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Visual Designer who can craft a distinct and premium design language for CentAI. This role requires someone with strong aesthetic sensitivity, a deep understanding of visual identity, and the ability to create clear, clean, and science inspired visuals across all brand touchpoints.You will work across brand campaigns, social content, product storytelling, print collateral, performance creatives, reports, presentations, and all digital assets. You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Content Lead and be responsible for building and maintaining CentAI's design system and visual standards.If you are someone who can translate complex medical and AI concepts into elegant visuals and create a brand world that feels modern, credible, and technologically advanced, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high quality visual assets for social media, campaigns, website, print, performance marketing, and brand storytellingBuild and maintain CentAI's visual identity and design system across all formatsDesign brand campaigns, hero visuals, and movement identity elementsTranslate scientific, medical, and AI concepts into simple, meaningful, and visually compelling graphicsWork with content and marketing teams to design carousels, infographics, presentations, and reportsCreate visual directions, mood boards, and guidelines for use by internal teams and external partnersCollaborate with video and motion teams to ensure visual consistency across formatsExplore light motion graphics and animated elements where neededMaintain a high bar of aesthetic quality, clarity, and brand consistency across all workIdeal Background4 to 5 + years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative communicationStrong portfolio demonstrating premium, minimal, science or technology oriented workExcellent command of composition, typography, color, layout, and visual storytellingExperience working on multi channel brand systems across print and digitalBasic familiarity with motion graphics is preferredAbility to simplify complex ideas and present them visually with clarityComfortable working in a fast moving, high ownership environmentWho You AreA designer with a strong personal aesthetic and point of viewSomeone with a sharp eye for detail and consistencyComfortable operating across many formats and creative demandsA visual thinker who can convert strategy into designCurious about healthcare, science, and the future of technology driven wellnessWhy Join CentAIBuild the visual identity of a category defining healthtech brandCreate a design system that blends healthcare, science, and advanced technologyWork on meaningful problems that impact longevity and human healthShape how India sees preventive diagnostics across digital and physical worlds
