Job Title: Financial SpecialistKey Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.• Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, in a timely and efficient manner.• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.• Prepare and process payroll in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring timely payments to employees.• Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with accounting standards.• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist management in making informed decisions.• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities, taking corrective action as necessary.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Provide financial information to external auditors as needed, ensuring transparency and cooperation throughout the audit process.• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations, staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations.• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.• Stay current with changes in accounting and tax regulations, applying this knowledge to improve financial processes and procedures.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles, demonstrating strong technical skills and attention to detail.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments.• High attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with management and other stakeholders.Facts About This Job:US shift, Salary- 4-4.2 lpa
