JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary:

Product Inspection, Testing and Final Product acceptance as per customer requirement Non Destructive Evaluation and Qualification at various stages of mfg.  Control of Non-Conforming Products Corrective and Preventive Actions thro investigation, analysis and audits Vendor Evaluation, Re-evaluation and approval (Sub contract and Bought Out components) Auditing of Processes and Products Updating, as necessary, of Quality Control Inspection and Testing techniques including the development of new instrumentation  Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and Quality System and recommending solutions through designated channels Applying API monogram and CE marking  Maintaining Product Identification, Traceability and status Identifying Training needs 

Implementation of Quality Objectives and Continual Improvement
