Role:
Social Media - Client Servicing Manager
Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for managing creative teams and delivering impactful social media strategies? Join us as Social Media & Client Servicing Manager to lead a talented team and handle multiple brands with finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, interns, and content writers to curate and execute monthly social media strategies.
- Develop and implement creative campaigns for multiple brands across platforms.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, present strategies, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Skill:
- Strong People Management Skills
- Ability to understand the project requirement and delegate the work to the team accordingly- Project Management skills
- Ability to map the work for each team member
- Strong social media content knowledge
- Knowledge of tools like Clickup , Asana

- Experience: 3–5 years in social media management with proven agency experience.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage creative teams and ensure high-quality output.
- Multi-Tasking: Experience in handling multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong planning, execution, and performance optimization skills.
- Client Management: Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.
