Lead Motion and Post-Production SpecialistWe are seeking an accomplished motion designer and post-production expert to shape and elevate the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within a global creative production hub. This role combines creative leadership with technical expertise, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects, visual effects, CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.The successful candidate will lead a team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life, turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.This role requires:Leadership of the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final deliveryDriving excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishingCollaboration with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executionsEnsuring the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverablesRequired skills include:Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame for compositing, DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishingStrong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timingProven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scaleStrong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motionAwareness of AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with sound, music, and VO production to complete audiovisual packages.Prior experience in studio setup, pipeline design, and workflow automation for motion/VFX is also preferred.
