Senior Software Engineer PositionJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance AI products from real-time voice agents to video avatar systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.Develop and optimize AI systems for real-time voice agents, video avatar agents, and streaming pipelines.Design and implement scalable backend services using Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs, multimodal models, vector search, and agent frameworks into production systems.Deploy, monitor, and tune AI workloads for reliability, speed, and cost-effectiveness.Lead technical decisions, review code, and mentor junior engineers.Required Skills and Qualifications:4–8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong backend fundamentals.Proven track record of building or integrating AI systems (LLMs, Realtime AI, agent pipelines).Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).Hands-on experience with WebRTC, WebSockets, STT/TTS, streaming APIs.Proficiency in Node.js / Python / Go programming languages.Bonus Skills:Experience with OpenAI Realtime API, ElevenLabs, Retell, or similar voice-agent stacks.Knowledge of video avatar systems (Sora, Veo, Hume, Kling, HeyGen).Familiarity with vector DBs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and agent automation.
