The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Key Responsibilities:BUILD RESTful APIs using NodeJSDevelop front-end components using React JS/ES7/VueJSApply asynchronous programming techniques, including Promises, async/await, & ES7 generatorsWork with modern code repositories such as Git (preferably GitHub), Bitbucket, or other equivalent toolsPrioritize tasks, demonstrate strong ownership, and execute objectives efficientlyCollaborate with cloud-native applications deployed in AWS infrastructure (code deploy, compute engine, RDS, Lambdas)Contribute to TypeScript/JavaScript development as a full-stack engineerDesign and implement Node.js API development in AWS (lambdas)Utilize React, Redux, and ES6/7 for front-end developmentFamiliarity with Stylus CSS; exposure to SASS or LESSProficiency in JavaScript front-end tools such as yarn and WebpackExperience with Objection.js, Knex.js, relational databases (MySQL, Postgres); ability to craft and execute queries and navigate a relational datastoreDeployment: AWS technologies – Lambdas, Cloud Formation, Route53, Code DeployNice-to-Haves:Previous experience leading or contributing to a development team would be beneficialPrevious startup experience or desire to work in a fast-paced environment would be advantageousAbility to collaborate with offshore developers and contribute to a distributed teamFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, and other collaboration tools would be a plus
