You will define the product vision, lead execution, and drive growth in a high-impact role shaping the future of spiritual tech.Key Responsibilities: Own Product Strategy & Execution: Define and manage the product roadmap from concept to launch. Utilize user data and market analysis to guide product decisions and ensure a strong product-market fit.Drive User & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute product-led and go-to-market strategies to acquire and engage users, directly impacting revenue targets.Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide engineering, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.Champion the Product Vision: Act as the primary product evangelist, aligning all internal and external stakeholders with the product strategy and progress.Qualifications & Skills:Pedigree: Degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc.).5+ years in product management role. 2+ years in an OTT, E-commerce, or content-driven platform is mandatory.Proven track record of managing a product's full lifecycle.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Good to Have: Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment.Passion for emerging technologies like AR/VR.Technical know-how, with some past experience as a developer.Experience leveraging AI to increase productivity and enhance product features. Someone who has worked on B2C application Worked on the growth of an user-friendly mobile application Worked for an application and convert the reach/downloads in millions
