We are a passionate, purpose-driven team, and we're looking for a like-minded individual to help us tell our story.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be the primary driver of our digital narrative, managing our presence across key platforms and helping build a vibrant community around heritage and sustainable food.You will be responsible for bringing the story of Kala Namak rice to life online, engaging our audience, and supporting our brand's mission through compelling digital content.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Social Media Manager Intern, your core duties will include:1. Content Creation & ManagementScheduling & Publishing: Daily scheduling and publishing of posts across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Creative Development: Brainstorming, designing, and creating engaging content (images, short videos, reels, stories, and carousels) that aligns with our brand voice.Copywriting: Crafting compelling captions, headlines, and scripts that educate and inspire our audience about heritage grains and sustainable farming.2. Strategy & PlanningContent Calendar: Assisting in the development and maintenance of a weekly/monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.Trend Analysis: Keeping a pulse on social media trends, audio, and features to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.3. Community & GrowthCommunity Engagement: Actively engaging with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.Influencer Collaboration: Supporting the identification and outreach to potential micro-influencers and brand advocates who align with our values.Performance Tracking: Monitoring post performance and providing basic insights on engagement, reach, and growth.Who We Are Looking ForA strong personal understanding of and presence on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.A creative and curious mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.Basic skills in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express).No experience?
