Financial Planning and AnalysisWe are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in evaluating strategic financial decisions. As an FP&A Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Director, FP&A to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis.Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Senior Leadership.Analyze data to highlight actionable insights.Assist with data transformation from NetSuite and Odoo and ensure data integrity across reports.Maintain and improve financial reporting processes.Create reporting dashboards leveraging PowerBI to help visualize performance.Aid in the creation and management of the annual budget.Provide Ad-Hoc analysis as required by the finance team.Requirements:3 – 5 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting.Relevant college degree.Experience with detailed variance analysis.NetSuite/Odoo experience a plus.Skills and Abilities:Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Highly proficient Excel user.
